Placing orders for the holiday season will be taken until December 15, 2007, any orders placed after this date will be fulfilled by the last week in January 2007. PRODUCTION NOTES
Superdeluxe products are hand manufactured, in our studios in downtown New York City. Because each piece is an original, merchandise that is shipped to you may vary slightly from the images that are on this site.
SHIPPING
Orders will be shipped as soon as possible, though as our goods are hand manufactured, shipping may take 4 to 6 weeks to get to your home or business. We ship UPS ground.
RETURNED OR EXCHANGED MERCHANDISE
Products may be returned or exchanged only if returned with in 14 days of the date of delivery to customer. Returned merchandise must be in original condition and with the Superdeluxe original sales receipt. You may exchange merchandise for that of equal or lesser value. Please note the reason for return or exchange on paper work provided. Merchandise that is returned will be processed and credited back to the account that was used to purchase merchandise and no other account.
Merchandise must be returned by a carrier that provides tracking information, i.e. FEDEX or UPS.All shipping charges must be prepaid and merchandise must be packaged in the same manner that it was received.
